D-LeaP Hubs
Hubs are the visible face of the Danube Learning Partnership (D-LeaP) for active participants, as they have the primary capacity building delivery responsibility. Hubs are primarily established by national water utility associations and well-performing utility companies but can also be professional associations or academic institutions.
Each Hub offers one or several programs and serves a particular country or group of countries (with similar languages). Hubs are accredited by the D-LeaP Committee Council, before they can start delivering D-LeaP programs. Each Hub has trainers for a specific program, who were trained by a Technical Partner.
