The program "Water safety and Crisis Management: Business Continuity Essentials for Disaster Management in Water Supply and Sanitation Utilities" is designed on the principles of learning by doing and covers comprehensive measures and offers individual support to the PUC in three phases.

The workshop will be held at Hotel Kontinental, Skopje, (Republic of North Macedonia) on 15- 16 April 2019.

Upon completion of the Program the PUC will be able to:

1. Establish an internal structure for crisis management

2. Prepare a plan and procedures for crisis management

3. Have trained staff members for crisis management
