The final workshop of the Kosova & Albania Utility Benchmarking Project presenting the results of the third Benchmarking cycle will take place on 25-26 January, 2018 in Albania. It is organized by the SHUKOS & SHUKALB Benchmarking Hub in close cooperation with IAWD and with support from the Danube Water Program.

Participating utilities will receive their own individual company report in which their performance in several areas is compared with other utilities in the group and with the average performance of utilities abroad as a reference. Next to this, meetings and kick off workshop will be organised to exchange knowledge and good practices for start up a fourth Benchmarking cycle.

The seminar will be attended by representatives of twelve water and waste water utilities situated in Kosova and Albania as well as new utilities potentially interested to become part of this program. Furhtermore representatives of the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD, Austria), the European Benchmarking Cooperation (EBC, Netherlands), the World Bank, the representatives of institutions from both countries, Associations and others will join.
