The organizer bears the costs of the preparation and realization of the conference, as well as the costs of lunch and refreshments during the breaks for both days of the conference and dinner after the first day of the conference.
Participants bear the costs of transportation and accommodation themselves.
The organizer does not charge a registration fee for participation in the conference.
