ADKOM has launched and successfully completed the first cycle of Commercial Efficiency Program

The training center of ADKOM started with the implementation of the first program of the Danube Partnership Learning "Commercial Efficiency and Business Planning". The program was implemented through six modules, two of which were held in May (30 and 31.05), and the remaining four modules in June (19, 21, 25 and 27.06) in several cities in the Republic of Macedonia. Participants of the modules were active participants from PE "Vodovod i Kanalizacija Skopje", JPKD "Komunalec" Strumica, KJI "Vodovod" Kocani, PE "Vodovod" Kumanovo, JKP "Usluga" Berovo, and PUC "Komunalec" Demir Hisar. Trainers of this program were Mr. Jane Vrteski and Mrs. Biljana Angelova. 

The commercial efficiency program aims to support enterprises to better understand the concept of commercial efficiency. This training program reflects international Know-how and other best practices related to the challenges, methodologies, practices and performance indicators that need to be considered by each water supply and / or disposal and / or wastewater treatment company which wants to be financially self-sustainable in delivering its services to end-users. Therefore, this training does not only concern the establishment of good practices for commercial efficiency, but also the development of a business planning model that quantitatively links commercial performance to financial performance.
